Mbah Eric Timah, Esq (Associate)
Eric is an experienced Advocate, Solicitor of the Cameroon Bar Association. He is a key member of the firm’s commercial and corporate practice division. He specializes in corporate law issues as applicable under OHADA Uniform Act such as business registration; statutory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, criminal, civil, and commercial litigation. His practice also entails labour and employment, real states, environmental law, Banking, telecommunication, and insurance.
